  • Subsurface exploration/Geotechnical Engineering coordination and management
  • Survey and title search coordination and management
  • Traffic engineering and Traffic Impact Assessment coordination and management
  • Determine utility service options & utility coordination
  • Due diligence review and analysis
  • Coordinate and support the legal team to assist with the completion of all development related legal documents and agreements, including easements, declarations, development agreements and encumbrances

  • Identify, manage and coordinate design professionals
  • Request proposal for services, negotiate, engage and manage scope of work
  • Review design and work product prepared by the design professionals
  • Facilitate coordination between design team professionals.
  • Facilitating team integration to achieve value engineering and provide value engineering recommendations  
  • Review invoices for conformance with contract terms and confirmation of billed work completion
  • Manage obtaining all necessary governmental entitlements and approvals for the construction of the project
  • Management and coordination of public hearings, municipal submittals, reviews, approvals and permits from the governing agencies

  • Developing scope of construction services
  • Preparing bid packages; qualifying and soliciting proposals from general contractors; bid evaluation
  • Coordinating/leading contractual negotiations
  • Performing oversight of construction progress and quality assurance monitoring
  • Payment application review and confirmation of billed work completion
  • Achieving successful project close-out and transition to occupancy Ownership Representation
  • Provide storm water control management facility inspections
